These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Entrepreneurs Social Platform ("Platform"), provided by Entrepreneurs Education PLE ("Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
1. Account Registration
1.1. You must register for an account to access and use certain features of the Platform. By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1. The Platform is designed to facilitate networking, collaboration, and communication among entrepreneurs. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
2.2. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Platform. The Company is not responsible for the conduct of any user.
2.3. You may not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not post, transmit, or share any content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
3. Store Page and Commissions
3.1. The Platform may include a store page where users can sell products or services ("Store"). The Company charges a commission of 5% of the sale price for each product sold through the Store.
3.2. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products or services, fulfilling orders, and providing customer support.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to remove any products or services from the Store that violate these Terms or are otherwise deemed inappropriate.
4. Ads and Refunds
4.1. Users may purchase advertising space on the Platform ("Ads"). All sales of Ads are final, and no refunds will be provided.
4.2. Any funds remaining in a user's advertising wallet that are not spent on Ads can be withdrawn by the user.
5. Affiliate Payouts
5.1. Users may earn commissions by referring others to join the Platform as affiliates ("Affiliate Payouts").
5.2. Commissions earned through Affiliate Payouts can be withdrawn once the user's account balance reaches $50 USD.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://entreprenrs.com/terms/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
8.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, without notice.
8.2. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
9.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
