6.1. In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller regarding a refund, the Company may intervene to facilitate communication and resolution.

6.2. The Company does not guarantee refunds but will assist in the resolution process to the best of its ability.

7. No Refund for Advertisements

7.1. Please note that there are no refunds for purchased advertisements ("Ads") on the Platform. All sales of Ads are final.

8. Withdrawal of Unused Advertising Funds

8.1. Any funds remaining in a user's advertising wallet that are not spent on Ads can be withdrawn by the user. Refer to the Advertising Terms and Conditions for more details.
